Solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you request. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver a service you have asked for or where required by law.

Professional confidentiality

Client tax and financial information is subject to professional confidentiality obligations, including those applicable to Enrolled Agents under IRS Circular 230 and Internal Revenue Code section 7216.

Where form submissions go

Messages sent through the contact forms on this website are delivered to atrimboli@oldestcityfinancialconsulting.com and are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, before reaching us. They remain in that account until deleted. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents through the form — call (904) 501-4345 and we will arrange a secure method.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics used are limited to aggregate, non-identifying traffic measurement.

Scheduling

Appointment booking is handled by Calendly, a third-party service with its own privacy policy. Information you enter there is governed by that policy.
