We want every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our standard

This site is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That commitment covers colour contrast, keyboard operability, semantic structure, focus visibility, text alternatives for images, respect for reduced-motion preferences, and touch targets sized for real hands.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML5 landmarks and a logical heading hierarchy on every page.
• A skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, and full keyboard operation including the menu and mobile drawer.
• Text and interface colours meeting or exceeding WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• Links that open in a new tab announce that they do.
• Form fields with persistent, programmatically associated labels and clear error handling.
• Motion and animation suppressed when the operating system requests reduced motion.

Known limitations

Our appointment scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service whose interface is outside our control. If you have difficulty booking there, call (904) 501-4345 and we will schedule for you.
