What does an outsourced CFO actually do?
An outsourced CFO handles the financial leadership a growing company needs without the cost of a full-time executive hire: keeping the books accurate and current, running payroll, projecting cash flow, building and implementing a budget, and translating all of it into decisions you can act on. For most of our clients that means monthly internal financial statements they actually understand, plus a standing conversation about what the numbers mean.
When is a business ready for CFO services rather than just bookkeeping?
Bookkeeping records what happened. CFO services tell you what to do about it. The usual trigger points are payroll growing past a handful of employees, cash flow becoming unpredictable, a lender or investor asking for statements you cannot readily produce, or an owner spending more time on administration than on the business itself.

Yes. Ashley is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and QuickBooks set-up and training is one of our named services. We routinely take on books that were started incorrectly, clean them up, and train the team so they stay clean.

Yes. We provide CFO services throughout Florida and across the country, including Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Orange Park, Palm Coast and Daytona Beach. Much of the work is done remotely.
